Mardivan is inspired by the layered houses of Mardin rising with stairs. The architectural structure of the city is unique with its stepped plans that do not block each other’s views and are symbols of tolerance and respect. This understanding is carried to the living spaces in Mardivan’s modern design. Its layered structure reflects the ancient spirit of Mardin with a contemporary language with its warm textures and fluid forms. The arm, back and seating units offer a fluid aesthetic with their organic joints. While the solid base legs add naturalness to the design, its high-ground form adapts to modern needs.
